TERMS OF USE

02/02/2007 : new term : you must have a website to join, website "under construction" are not allowed. Thanks !

1/ You must display the members logo on your site and link back to

2/ You have 7 days after your subscription to add the logo in your membership page. I will check my members sites to see if you have the logo.If you don't display your members logo on your site within required time, your membership will be suspended until you do it. If you continue to use my graphics after you are no longer a member, you must put a link back on each page you have my graphics.

3/ You may not share or give your password to anyone for any reason. Anyone who is found to be in violation with my terms will be immediately removed from my membership and no refunds will be given.

4/ No refunds will be given when subscription accepted. You see samples before joining, base your subscription decision on them.

5/ If you have a protected area, you must give me access, it is not to use your work, it is only to check if all my terms are respected.

6/ I reserve the right t change those terms of use without notice.

OUTLINES :

- you must color them before using them

- you may make websets, adoptions, sigtags...for your personal use or to sell

- if you use your result to make webset or IM stationneries, please give me credit on each webset and stationnery :

- you may not modify, alter or resize them

- you may not make tubes or gif or jpeg with your results unless you have purchased the tube licence (to purchase in members area)

- you can not remove a part of an outline to put on another one

- you may not redistribute any of the outlines non colored

- you are not allowed to make any type of tutorials with them

- you may not claim them as your own creations

- do not share them in groups : yahoo, msn, google ...

TUBES :

- you may make websets, adoptions, sigtags...

- if you use my graphics to make webset or IM stationneries, please give me credit on each webset and stationnery

- you may not copy or reproduce my graphics in any form and claim them as your work

- you may not make tubes or gif or jpeg with them.

- you can not write tutorials with my graphics.

- you may not offer them for download or share them in groups : yahoo, msn, google..

- you may not modify, resize, alter or recolor them

TUBE LICENCE :

First of all, you do not share your tube licence with anyone, all licences will be numbered and named, so I know who has purchased one or not.

- The tube licence is valid only for one website.

- You must display the  tube licence logo on each page the tubes are put and link back to my website

- tubes you have made with my outlines are still the copyright of Rose Bonbon Creations. Do not claim them as your own creations.

- You can make tubes with my outlines to offer  in your member's area or to sell as tube packages in a purchaseware section. This licence gives you the right to tube any outline once it has been colored.

- dolls outlines must be fully dressed. Do not offer them without clothing.

- you can not share tubes made with my outlines in groups : msn, google, yahoo....or forums.

- you can not make mass production.

- If you are severals co-owners or partners of your site, each co-owner has to be a member of Rose Bonbon Creations and have to buy a Tube Licence to make tubes as well.

This tube licence is a "lifetime" tube licence

SIGTAGS :

There are for your personal use only ! If you use them in groups such as : yahoo, google, msn .... please give credit with a link back to : http://www.rosebonbon-creations.com

Not to offer for download, you may not modify them

GOODIES :

There are for your personal use ONLY ! You may not modify them or offer them for download or sell them. If you use them on your site, you must link back to http://www.rosebonbon-creations.com on same page they are. 

Notice about renewal membership : I'll not inform you by email when your membership ends, to know when it expires please check in the members list, thanks !
